Annual compliance certificate (staff and company)

A short statement that each person signs once a year, and the company signs for itself. It turns a policy into a personal commitment.

Everyone signs once a year, and when they join. Keep the signed copies with the training records. If someone cannot sign truthfully, that is the moment to talk, not a reason to hide it.

  1. I have read and understood [Company name]'s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, the sales code and the policy for my country.
  2. I have not offered, promised, given, asked for or accepted any bribe, kickback, hidden commission or other improper benefit, directly or through anyone else, in connection with my work.
  3. I have recorded in the register every offer or request I received or made, as the policy requires. Or: I have no entries to record.
  4. I have told [policy owner] about any approach I received, any pressure I felt, and any conflict of interest I have.
  5. I am not aware of any breach of the policy by anyone else that I have not reported.
  6. I understand that I can raise a concern, in confidence, and will not suffer for doing so in good faith.
